Lauren received a BA in anthropology from The New School, focusing on socio-technical systems and heterodox economics. After graduating, Lauren worked in various parts of the web3 startup industry, from DeFi to decentralized identity. Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree in pure math at CUNY, Queens College. She is interested in human computer interaction, information systems, mechanism design, network commons, and autonomy for humans, to machines, and systems.
